The Sabres BETTER pick someone up......BETTER. That would so wreck me if they lose a NHL regular who is promising and NOT get anyone in return....Czercawski, lol.

Man, I was looking forward to Begin. Well, now we can have Mair, Peters, and Boulton on the fourth line. Even more goonery!!

Actually, I bet Gaustad sticks around.

You can only protect so many players, and Buffalo has way too many forwards. Basically, your fourth line type guys get left exposed, and that happened to be Begin. He was just an energy guy, but he was good at what he did.

He was compared favorably to Adam Mair.

Whether we could protect him or not, it still sucks to lose him.

Connolly is still young, touted, and has trade value. I think Regier needs to dump him off on some poor soul like he did Gratton.

you wont get nothing for connolly,

if you trade him he wont play, he will end up being a mascot skating on the ice dduring intermissions,

no one wants a Potential Stick Handler, Open Net Missing, Teammate Injuring, Imature, scared, youngun like connolly, :)
