Jochen Hecht broke his left arm in a game against the Columbus Blue Jackets, early in the second period he was checked into the boards from behind by Andrej Nedorost. Hecht is said to be out for six to eight weeks.

Damn! Just when the beginning of the season was almost here, too. I loathe the pre-season.

I just hope Boulton or Peters makes Nederost pay when we play Columbus in the regular season. :madfire:

You can bet that Peters will make Nederost pay the first chance he gets, and then Boulton will follow it up as soon as Nederost gets out of he box.

Looks like we have to wait until March 29th to play the Blue Jackets, but this team won't forget.

That's quite a wait, but that's my Mom's b-day. Perhaps I'll send a letter the Sabres way, care of one of our enforcers, asking for them to exact revenge on Nederost for a gift. :anvil:

I can just picture it in the interview, Peters will be saying, I broke the guys arm because some guy in Calafornia asked me to for his moms b-day...lol
