Am I missing something here??? Let me refresh your memory people, Coy Wire is in his second year that's right second year. I'd be right along with you, if he was playing in his fourth or fifth season. I know Coy had a decent year in his rookie season, but he still has a lot to learn. Remember even the best have struggled, its how long it takes you to overcome your mistakes.

One more thing too. It was an aggressive mistake. He was trying to make a play. It wasn't any hot dogging or personal foul.

On special teams coverage, Wire has been outstanding!

Coy Wire is for real. All punt rushers have a call or even two like that in a year. It happened tonight to Indy. Stuff happens when you're trying to stuff the kick.
