I agree. The guy gets paid to write. It isn't like the shmoes on a message board who are shooting the breeze and get facts wrong. They deserve slack. A professional writer only needs to think a little, or look up the NFL results on the internet if he has a bad memory, to get this information right.

ever read their cap articles a few years back?

I understand having some numbers off because of ex post adjustments, but they said things like we would not be able to sign anyone till the year after THIS YEAR (during our 3-13 season).

I think they just fact check with each other.
