Gildon: Ward's speech 'an unfortunate incident'

Steelers outside linebacker Jason Gildon called Hines Ward's address to the offense this week "an unfortunate incident."
On the other hand, quarterback Tommy Maddox said the timing was right and Ward's remarks led to a "high-spirited practice" Wednesday.
