I'm looking forward to the home opener tonight. It's going to be a great game.......or so I hope. I agree that we only really had 1 solid period against Philly. We got outplayed, period. We've got to see the defense get tighter, and there have to be more offensive pushes.

Those will be blacked out when the free preview is over, sorry to say. They don't black out any reruns f the games though- similar to when Empire runs a rebroadcast of the game at midnight

Umm. That was a near perfect deflection off a point shot. Even the best goalie in the league has a 1 in 5 shot of stopping something like that. Parrish should get props for such good eye/hand coordination. There wasn't a damn thing Miller could do when that changed direction.

Did you even watch the replay? Seriously? It was shot from the point and then Parrish hit it with his stick. The puck then dropped about eight inches, changed angle, and went through the five hole.
