Fire GilBi**h and promote Les Steckel....Steckel knows discipline (retires USMC LtCol), he got the Titans to the SB, he also turned an anemic Bucs offense around to the point where they set franchise records pretty much across the board (not that those records were good in the first place, but they were records non the less)....fire Jerry Gray and give the D to LeBeau. And there it is, GW now has his staff and if we still cant do the job, fire him too
