LeBeau is not going to help the Offense out though. He is a defensive minded coach who will need a trustworthy OC, as GW does. Gilbride and Ruel are not at the same level as most of the coaches in the league, who do you bring in?I've said it before and I'll say it again, I don't repeat myself.Comment

KG is trustworthy only in GW's eyes. I'd move Steckel into KG's spot; simplify things a bit (get rid of those "one trick pony" personnel groupings, for example) and be more versatile with a more limited number of plays. That makes the OL's job much easier, makes the audibles much easier, and gives the entire team MUCH less to have to digest in practice each week. Order is nice, but it hasn't addressed any of the glaring problems that keep occurring.Originally posted by LABillsFan
