Watch out for Tricky Dick, If you have a head coach and are happy with him improving your record from 3-13 to 8-8 then why would you bring in another coach and, get this, give him a title of assistant head coach. I'm all about creating competition at every position, Players at each position push the others to keep their job and for PT. But to bring in another head coach, and label him as that creates a coaching controversy and thats one word thats tough to deal with at any position. TD might have slipped with that move. If Lebeau is a zone blitz specialist and was bought in for that reason then why is he not assistant defensive coordinator. Something seems tricky, that might be DICK.
