I Predict 3-1 Sabres :)

I Guess Watching the last 2 games, Golisano Prolly Told Ruff to get it together.

it Looked Like Opening day LAg to me, like the Equipment Manager Didnt Sharped the skates or Everyone forgot how to skate, i mean they are losing teir footing on every other stride, heh,

I Say Give Marty A Chance Maybe They'll Be More Comfortable Playing in front Of Marty...

I believe Marty will be starting this game and the Sabres will put on a show in front of the fans and maybe actually score a goal...

I expect:

1) We score a goal, and it will finally be counted on the scoreboard

2) Dallas will beat us

They came out playing HARD. Not physical...just hard. They skated hard. They battled in the corners. And they didn't let the puck leave the Dallas zone.

This is the motivated team that we all expected to see. Let's see if they can do it for 60 minutes. They can't get slack for a single second against this Dallas team.

If we didn't have this penalty on Botterill right now, I'd be saying damn. And Peters is looking for a partner, too.

Biron...about 7 saves in a row. Then Briere leaves the box, waits for the puck, and takes it on a breakaway. The rest was beautiful. Just pure beauty...

Nope 4-3 Win, Peters Fought Downey and Mckee Fought OTT.

Barnes Boy Scroed for Dallas then they tried to come back but marty denied them...

Biron was Hella Good Looking, Yeah it was only 21 Shots on goal for both sides, But Marty Robbed them, Specially late 3rd Period...

After that NYIO Fiasco, Golisano told ESPN him and Lindy Ruff were Going to Have and Emergency meeting (w/o the team present),

My Guess is Ruff told him to forget that defense first strategy, too many players are gettin hit form behind when we play defense, not only is it not working very well and were giving up too many goals, but players are getting hurt (Satan has 3 stiches on his upper cheek and a slight cut/abrasion going all teh way down.. and hecht has a broken wrist, all because of defense first...

and Connolly has a concussion just because he's connolly...

I watched the tape of the game when I got home from work, and I was mostly happy with the team, except the 3rd period breakdown. We had trouble clearing the puck from our own zone, and we took some dumb penalties. Thanks to Biron, we walked away a victor.

I'm not sure if anyone even really pays attention to Sportscenter much, but Danny's breakaway goal out of the box got on the "Top Plays of the day" segment.
