The Buffalo Bills have announced that ONLY paper bags from Tops may be brought into the stadium Sunday. It appears that several competitors among them Wegmans wanted to sell paper bags to put over their heads and Tops decided to nip this in the butt and be the excusive paper bag provider of the Buffalo Bills.
