half of last years playoff teams started with

    Jets 2-4
    Pitts 3-3
    Cleve 2-4
    Tenn 2-4
    Indi 4-2
    Oak 4-2

    Phili 4-2
    Giants 3-3
    G.B. 5-1
    Tampa 5-1
    Atlanta 3-3
    SF 4-2

.....it is all about how you are playing at the end of the season.

If you want to be a loser, go ahead and quit on your beloved Bills.

However, winners never quit, so go out to the game Sunday and make as much noise as humanly possible and show them that you are not quiting so neither should they!!

    BUFFALO BABY!

You can count on me to be there Sunday, Nat. But, I assure you, I'll be as vocal as anyone there if we are subjected to the same shoddy product GW and Co. have given us for the past four weeks; including calling for GW's dismissal.
Someone said "What's he gonna turn out like?" Ha!
And someone else said "Never mind!"

Just because most of us are disgusted, embarrassed, outraged, and/or just plain sick of dismal and lifeless performances, doesn't mean we've quit. Hell, I've felt this way about my own kids sometimes, but it doesn't mean I don't still love them.

It's just very difficult when we seem to care more than the players.

And 3-3 would be fine if we had played decently in our last 4 games, or if we had a head coach and offenensive coordinator who had even a collective clue.
Should have known, way back in 1960 when we drafted Richie Lucas Number 1, that this would be a long, hard ride. But who could have known it would be THIS bad?

Honestly, I think the only people here who have quit on the team are the ones who have left. They don't want to see ways to improve.

I haven't quit, not by a long shot. The comparison to other teams is comforting but how many of their losses were to winless teams like the Bills were? And they probably didn't look as awful as the Bills have. But I still have hope.

Is this another thread from someone suffering from 'battered fan syndrome'? "Well, we're still 3-3; it's not that bad." If this team cannot run the ball or stop teams from running, or if they can't get the passing game going to keep defenses honest, that 3-3 could turn into 5-11 or worse come the end of the season. Being wary of that fact does not make a person a quitter. It makes them a realist.

                          what are you talking about?

I was just trying to point out to some of the"battered fans" that it is still early and every team goes through ups and downs. The Bills might be getting the downs out of the way early on.

I refuse to ignore how they played in the First two games. I think they can get back to that form.

The Bills are 3-3 and by no means out of playoff contention. Who cares which weeks their wins came in? I understand that you think it would be better if they were 3-3 with their last two games being wins, but I argue it doesn't matter, simply because it is so early in the season.
