Such is the life of a 1-5 football team:

You win your first game in what seems like forever and the following day face as many questions about an opposing linebacker you are about to engage as the team you just defeated.

And then come the queries about why your star running back left practice in a huff.

Was that win in Cleveland really just two days ago?

The Chargers on Sunday tasted victory for the first time since last December in beating the Browns 26-20, but the main topic of conversation yesterday was about the local hype that is assured to accompany Junior Seau's return to town this week.

San Diego plays on "Monday Night Football" for the first time since 1996 when it hosts Miami at 6 p.m. Thirteen years after entering the league with the Chargers, Seau will roam Qualcomm Stadium turf wearing the uniform of another team for the first time.

"It will be good to see him," said Chargers defensive end Raylee Johnson. "My message to Junior is stay healthy, have a great rest of the season but just don't win this week."
