    New addition

Months after turning down a trade to the New York Jets and being released by the Carolina Panthers QB Randy Fasani has emerged on the Bills practice squad.

Fasani will likely compete on the practice squad with QB Brandon Doman for the Bills 3rd QB spot which has been empty since the start of the season. Though in order to be named the 3rd string QB either Doman or Fasani would have to be activated and another player on the active roster would have to be released. The Bills had an open spot on the practice squad for Fasani because when thet activated running back Ken Simonton a few weeks back they never fil led it until today.

" At 25, he could be the Bills quarterback of the sfuture with starter Drew Bledsoe and second string Alex Van Pelt both over 30."

            Hahahaha no thanks.

              He doesn't love New York?

Quarterback Randy Fasani, who was waived by the Carolina Panthers on Tuesday, reportedly killed a trade with the New York Jets that would have given the Panthers a conditional late-round draft choice. Fasani told the Jets that he would rather retire than report to them.-----J J Pesavento

I get the Sporting News Draft Guide every year in which they compare potential draftees to current NFL players and, hoping I'm wrong, I could swear they compared this guy to RJ

He stunk it up for the Panthers while he was there but in his defense he is young and the Panthers aren't exactly powerhouses when it comes to there passing game.

His stats are comparable. Maybe he'll grow into an NFL QB.

I'm sorry but looks like Alex Van Pelt may be gone after this year. Picking up Brandon Domas and Fasani looks as if were moving forward with our QB's.

I think Travis Brown may not be coming back.

Hmmm...I'd be a little more inclined to put a GUARD on the practice squad. Maybe this kid' a cousin of Pucillo
