This gets more and more interesting (and totally unguessable [is that a word?], IMO).

Moulds admits that he is still in pain and KC has a very very short practice week.

We have a gambling thread on our BB and normally I don't mind dipping in the homer thread for some quick return, but I am staying away from this game altogether.

I don't see how either team can guarantee anything.

You have only noted your passing defense when you say "3rd ranked". While Green is like the shower at a campsite (you never know if he will be hot or cold), our bread and butter is Holmes. If you think that Vermeil and Co. doesn't realize your mediocre ability to stop the rush, you are mistaken.

You also failed to take ST into account. I hope your coach does the same.

The Cheifs are also ranked 2nd in the league for takeaways with 13 INTs. We all know Drew is good for one of those a game. I'd feel much more confident if Moulds played.

IMO, KC has the edge coming into this game and Buffalo has a small outside chance of winning.

Let me get this straight.

You have a ****ty rushing offense and below-average passing offense and you expect to crush our defense?

You're only averaging 19 points a game.

You also conveniently left out the stats that mean something on defense.

KC's D, for all those yards, is only permitty 17.9 points per game. We're also one of the top third-down defenses in the league, and we have the sixth-most sacks in the league. You've allowed 20 sacks this season, and your offensive line has not shown any improvement over the unit that allowed 54 sacks last year.

Did you forget the part about playing on the road in a hostile environment, where your team put up 3 and 7 points against the Jets and Dolphins?

Here's something else for you to consider. In every home game the Chiefs have played this season, they've stopped the opponents running game in the first half. Shut it down, cold. Given the propensity of your coaching staff to abandon the run when it doesn't work early and start throwing, I'd be a little worried.

The Bills offense shouldnt crush anything, either. If you've got a D-line worth it's weight in horse feces, you should be able to handle them. Without Moulds, their passing game is nothing. Bledsoe is Frankenstein on crack, and will stair down his recievers like he's in a gun fight with them, waiting to draw. If they cant pass, they shouldnt be able to run on even a mediocre D.

I'll put this in the "I'll believe it when I see it" category!

Last season when we played the Chiefs they had the last or second to last D at the time from most facets of the game.

And we managed what, 16 big points on 3 FGs.

Boy, that was a proud day for me I gotta tell ya...

I'm just wondering how many games it's gonna take for some of our fans to finally start admitting that our OL sucks due to the interior line talent, and that it's not too much better on the DL.

Will losses to KC, Tennessee, Indy, Miami, and NE finally convince everyone?

Meanwhile, our 6 or 7 wins will once again be vs. teams like Cincy, Jax, Washington, Houston, and the Giants.
