that's what I meant...a new coach can come in and teach a new system with an extra week of practice..

I don't think a new offensive system needs to be implemented, right now. The plays aren't the problem, it's a matter of having a strategy and making the right adjustments with the calls. Like NOT passing on 3rd and 1, 2nd and goal from the 2.
