Why we keep bringing in talent with a swinging door for a coaching staff is beyond me. Get rid of Williams and Gilbride ASAP and settle on who your leader is. Not gonna happen turning the season upside down by changing coaching staff right now anyway. Let him ride it out since where gonna have to pay him one way or another.
