Year three and it isn't happening.
Why we keep bringing in talent with a swinging door for a coaching staff is beyond me. Get rid of Williams and Gilbride ASAP and settle on who your leader is. It obviously is never going to happen with these two.

Not gonna happen turning the season upside down by changing coaching staff right now anyway. Let him ride it out since where gonna have to pay him one way or another.

Make his life miserable and watch him squirm using the phrase adversity 1000 more times.
