Tuesday night the struggling Minnesota Wild come to town to face off against the red-hot Buffalo Sabres at the HSBC Arena.

TIME: 7pm Eastern.

This game will not just be any other game, its Rob Ray Appreciation Night. I will be atending the game, and hopefully we can continue this streak of ours.

The Sabres are coming off of a 3-1 win over the Avalanche putting their winning streak to three games. The Wild, on the other hand lost their last game to the Lightning 3-2.

Current Season Records:
BUFFALO: 5-4-0
MINNESOTA: 2-6-1

Can the Buffalo Sabres continue their success or will the Minnesota Wild find the winning touch?

^NEW^ Rules:
If you guess the correct name of the player named 1st star, you recieve 3 points.
Guess the correct name of the player named 2nd star, you recieve 2 points.
And if you guess the player named 3rd star you recieve 1 point.

*Also, if you guess a player named in the 3stars but hes not in the right spot, you get 1 point anyway.


EXAMPLE:
Say if i said 1st drury,2nd biron,3rd satan.
And the final 3-stars were drury, satan, biron. I would get 3 points for Drury being in the right spot in the 1st star, 2 more points (1 each) since i guessed biron and satan out of order.

Everyone understand what Im trying to say?

I went back and took a look at all the past 3-Star Prediction threads and added in the new rule. Standings are now updated and go as follows.

Based on my score predicition (5-1).

I think the Sabres will dominate in this one.

Woah, JD... where are you gettin' the zonebucks for this one? If you need help with that (since you are giving me partial credit for this prediction game) I will gladly donate some zonebucks to keep it alive... Although I need to keep some for my own movie quote game... Rule 3, never open the package.

One more thing!!! I think I get the 100 Zonebucks!! You said if there was a tie it would be the first one to post... Well, we all tied with 0 points, and I was the frist one to post a prediction, so...

lol no, you have to at least get one player correct. so do you want to do that then? switch off paying 100 every other game?

hmmm.... that could work... but we will run out eventually... I thought 50 would be better.... I mean, there is a lot of games in a season... and we should really have like a grand prize for the overall winner, so maybe 100 every game is a little too much...
