Did Al Michaaels bet over 38???

On the game tonite he was upset when Mare missed a field goal and said that was important because of the number 38

Hmmmmmm never heard a commentater make a reference to an over under spread or point spread period

Did Al have a big wager on the over tonite ?????

Most sportsbooks cancelled wagering for tonight because of the change in venue. All bets for a competition are usually off when a change in location or change in date occurs. But he could have been referring to the line in general.

Those guys (Al Michaels, and the old MNF crew) used to always mention the over under.

I remember Dan Dierdorf talking about a missed filed goal too that would have placed the game over. And then Al Michaels joked back about taking it the other way.

And we can discuss this in the NFL Forum.
