After hearing GW's gripes about player execution for the 7th straight week, I now know that the coaches will not be making any changes to compensate for there mistakes. Clearly coaching is an issue. Rather than admitting guilt and correcting errors, the head coch of this team chooses to deflect negativity from himself and his coaches.
I love how he can blame the defense for the defeat against KC, when the damn offense hasn't shown us anything on the field all season (except for maybe game 0ne - "Thanks Milloy"). Hell, the defense scored 1 less point then the offense did Sunday night.
Player execution is a problem, but the biggest problem is predictability of this offense. Gilbride has no imagination and Williams has no offensive concept. It's either give it to Henry (a concept that Gilbride has just recently considered adopting) or throw it downfield. Drew's stoic style enables him from taking the time to look downfield. Defenses across the league are faster and stronger today and will eat a QB like Bledsoe for lunch.
It's up to the OC to find ways of disguising formations, eliminate predictibilty while still getting the ball to the star players, and it's his job to keep the opposing defense honest and in check. This hasn't happened much this season. Unfortunatly, it looks as if it's not going to happen at all.
These coaches need to go..........
