1) Fire GW - Bring in an experienced HC. Caughlin, I heard Fassel mentioned elsewhere if he's no longer with the Giants. Let the HC pick the staff they want (means KG, JG, Dick, et al are at the mercy of the new HC)

I'd rather have Carroll then Fassel who's teams always struggle with even more talent then the Bills have.

Carroll deserves a second chance in the NFL. I just hope its not with a team like Arizona. Better off staying in college then coaching a loser franchise like them.
