Oakland waived injured tight end Marcus Williams, whose left eye socket was broken by teammate Bill Romanowski during training camp.

What kid could ever grow up, dreaming of making the NFL, hitting camp, only to have a roided-up moron(teammate, no less) end your career. If the Raiders had any class, they would've suspended and fined him greatly.
Imagine Takeo flipping out and pummelling Sam Aiken or some rookie. Intolerable, IMO. Romanowski is supposed to be a leader of a "respected" franchise. That's like Sammy Sosa pounding Corey Patterson for juming in front of him while shagging balls during spring training. Ridiculous ESPN put him in the spotlight.
