View Full Version : What should I do at QB?

Trent Green is my starter, but he's on a bye.
I have Drew Brees as a backup, and he's playing at Chicago this week.
In the FA pool, there's amazingly McNabb @ ATL and Pennington vs NYG this week. Should I be picking up one of these guys and drop Brees? Who should I take?
$2 per transaction so I'm cautious, not wanting to waste any money.
Thanks. :miyagi:
Swing me a deal for Garcia. I'm open to a good offer.

Not in OUR league. It's a work money league.

Definitely pick up Pennington and drop Brees.

I'm with Log! It'd be silly not to!
Sorry Miyagi, I should have realized there's more than the 1 league here that I'm in.

Go get McNabb. Stupid Wade benched his entire starting secondary for this week!

McNabb is going to light it up against the worst D in the league.

I like McNabb for this week too, but the rest of the season he might suck like he has.
Whoever I pick up will stay as backup for the rest of the season.
The dilemma remains, Pennington or McNabb??

Still go with McNabb. His thumb is getting better.

But didn't Pennington have the highest QB rating last year when healthy?
With the loss of Coles though, maybe it's better to bank on McNabb rebounding?
