Where can you find a decent list, partial, tentative, possible, whatever of free agents for '04?

I've searched hi and lo, alas, yet to no avail...

I'm not sure there's any out there yet. If you do find one, post it on the board, so we can see who might be available on the OL and the DL.
    CLASSIC QUOTE!!

"We've been simplifying. As the year goes on, we usually get more simpler. We'll continue to do that."

    More simpler is right. ******.

Some good names, plenty of good centers, and corners. A few good gaurds, tackles and WRs.

Cap situations for next year will come out in December. That's when Clayton, et al started them. Titans will likely be one of the first because they are gonna be waaaaaaaaaaay over.

All I know is that we can cut $8 directly by getting rid of Drew and Adams. I'm sure some QB can toss fewer than 1 TD per game for less than $6M/yr. Call me crazy...

Besides, good GMs don't buy players at top dollar who are on their way down their performance curves. Good GMs find players who are going for less than their counterparts due to their just entering their "up-and-coming" phases of their careers and who've demonstrated continuous improvement up until the time of their being a free-agent. TD's doing the exact opposite.

Wow I didn't notice Peyton Manning was a UFA next year. It's just a pipe dream but it would be great to dump Drew and sign Manning.

He would be franchised but I'd give up 2 #1's for him.

Let's worry about getting a coach first.

Then we look at a protege for Drew - we aren't just going to dump him unless we can get a pre-injury Vick, or a Culpepper - which obviously we aren't.

I honestly wouldn't want Peyton Manning - Yeah, he's 5 years younger then Drew, but I still say we groom someone in a non-Gilbride system. And don't be affraid to take a qb that can scramble.

Bledsoe is definitely not irreplaceable if he keeps playing like he has since game two this season. If he can't be consistent, then his value to the team has to be questioned. As you hint at, Wys, the bonus money in his contract was entirely NE's obligation. All Buffalo pays is salary, so there is absolutely no penalty to Buffalo for terminating his stay here.
I've made up my mind. Don't confuse me with the facts.

I'm the most reasonable poster here. If you don't agree, I'll be forced to have a hissy fit.
