Whether it's league wide, for your team, or both, who is the biggest busts this year?

Koren Robinson
Plaxico Burress
Marshall Faulk
Corey Dillon

Faulk hasn't played enough to be a bust.

I'd say Burress is way up there.
Rice is another big one.
So is Price.

That's one of the reasons he is a bust. He didn't even do good when he was in there.

Rich Gannon is another one I forgot about.

Definitely Koren Robinson. He's been useless.

In that case, add Warner to the list.

Warner has to be the biggest bust of them all- considering his top preseason ranking. But those who got him and were smart enough to get Bulger later came out ahead.

McNabb
Curtis Martin
Culpepper

None of them were supposed to be that good to begin with.

Don't call them busts if you are the only moron who ranked them too high. :laughter:

You apparently didn't read the FF magazines. They had Emmitt ranked high and many experts thought he'd have a 1000 yard season, and Duce Staley was also ranked pretty high. Tommy Maddox was high too, and really went up that list after his first couple weeks. Ashley Lelie was expected to be the #2 receiver and have a good year and make it on people's rosters with the 3rd spot. Thank God, I'm not counting on him. :D

okay, I got one....

What happened to Ricky Williams? He is definitely NOT worth the first overall pick, like he was before the fantasy season began.

 @ Mikey- I drafted Marcel Shipp very late in the draft solely on the premise that Emmit Smith was to old and would probably get knocked out by week 8. I was a month early on the prediction, and played him Back-to Back games- Covering for a bye week on Ahman Green and an Injury to Anthony Thomas- all he did was rack up 300 yards rushing!

In my sister's Ohio state league, I thought that team was much deeper than my BZ Mod league team (9-0 BTW) because I was screwed out of 4 rounds (got in late, computer autopicked for me)

The other league has Hassleback & Brooks, (qbs) Alexander, Dillon, and E James (rb) Santana Moss, Stallworth, Chambers, C Johnson, A Johnson (WR) and I wen 0-6 to start the year.

Well, everyone's healthy now, and I'm riding a 3 game hot streak knocking off consecutive #1 ranked teams all in a row. I hope it's not to late to make the playoffs

Aaron Brooks sucks o far.

Mike- You are buying a boatload of crap if you thought those guys were going to give you anything.

Yeah, I know. I don't know what I was thinking. But I drafted them in the later rounds.

I used to try that strategy- but for each one that panned out- i wasted 3 roster spots. Now I concentrate on a balanced and solid starting line up, and then use a few slots for quality depth.

In the Mod league, after geting stuck with Warner in the partial auto draft, I picked Bulger late, with Shipp, I also make sure If I have a back with a history of injury, like a Faulk or a James, i gramb their back ups - Gordon / Rhodes. I want all the way one season with backups Stacey Mack, Buckhalter, Rhodes, and Candidate in my backfield.

I know that's a joke but it really happens. In the pay league I have been in for years some dope drafted Jim Kelly the year after he had just retired in the first round. NO one said a word. He sure was pissed when he found out!
