The rumors mean nothing to Dan Reeves. As far as he knows, he'll remain the Falcons' head coach for the foreseeable future. That's opposed to Dennis Green, Nick Saban, Deion Sanders, J.Lo, all of the Simpsons or anybody else that this proud man hints is just a figment of the public's imagination.
Here's the question: Does Arthur Blank share Reeves' thoughts, or is the Falcons owner working in the shadows to make Reeves a former Falcons coach after seven seasons?
"We have an agreement that if he is going to talk to somebody, he's going to talk to me and let me know," said Reeves Monday, sitting behind the large desk in his office at the Falcons practice facility. "Arthur hasn't said that to me, so I assume he isn't talking to anybody."
