Jets defensive tackle Josh Evans, who was suspended indefinitely in July for violating the NFL's substance-abuse policy, rejoined the team yesterday after being reinstated by the league late Monday.
Evans, who started every game last season, will return to smaller paychecks and an undetermined role. But he was glad to be back.
