i'd have to go with bruce right now, because he was a total impact player, and our current pass rush is nonexistant and embarrassing.

I'd go with Kent Hull or Joe DeLaimueillierue/Reggie McKenzie/Billy Shaw. The Bills defense has some holes, and Smith would fill that need perfectly. But the Bills would still be 3 and out almost every offensive play.

Kent Hull would solidify the Center position, currently filled by Teague- who is not the best snapper. Teague would be adequate moving to Guard to replace Pucillo. Or put Joe D/Reggie /Billy in Pucillo's spot. Obviously, we would have to bulk these guys up 35 pounds from their playing days- but with their skills, they would be great. 2 HoF guards, and an NCAA HoF 'er

Another thought would be OJ Simpson- one of the 3 top RB's of his era. Even with a crappy line, teams would be forced to overplay the run. Even an immobile QB like Bledsoe could exploit that (see Jacksonville game)

Bruce without a doubt. Hell, I'd even take the 41 year old Bruce over these 2 bums we have playing now.

Any former Head Coach with a winning record who ISN'T organized!

I would take Kelly. The size of his head alone would be enough to carry the team.

Bryce Paup in place of the short LB we have.

I feel our defense could hold its own even without a pass rush if the offense didn't put so much pressure on them with all of there shortcomings so far....Even though Bruce would make the defense one of the best in football it still would not help the offense. With that said I would have to go with Jim Kelly in his prime. He would not be afraid to tell Gilbride his play calling sucks and to be more balanced. In his prime he could really turn around the offensive woes...

I'd take Andre Reed. I think another big play receiver such as Reed would help Drew and our Offense out a lot right now.

I'd take Marv Levy. I think he is exactly what our team needs. If we had Marv Levy in his prime to coach, this team would be a lot better!

James Lofton, he would solve that reciever opposite Moulds problem quickly.

Lofton is what Peerless wishes he could be.

OJ in his prime would rush for 1500 yds behind this line, we sure could use the speed to get to the outside and turn the corner :afro: OJ #32 GOAT

I'm going with Tasker. Our special teams really need help.

Corbin Lacina!

We really need an interior lineman.

Jim Kelly! He understood that an offence needs balance. He would stand up to Gilbride and the force of his personality would probably improve the line play.

I take that back, maybe Kenny Irvin...

Hey....Keion was decent...and Kenny wasn't a bad CB until he switched from LCB to RCB

Exactly, this thread didn't specify a player. So I go with Marv, without a doubt!!

Jim Kelly no doubt. We are in bad need of a QB who can think on the field.

If it came to actually having to make the decision for real I would probably take Kelly.

But....... I think the biggest bang for the buck would be Steve Tasker. Special teams would improve by leaps and bounds and as Jim Kelly used to say. There isn't a CB in the leauge who could cover Tasker 1 on 1.
