    The Fish don't think highly of Charlie either

    NASHVILLE -- The Dolphins cut veteran Charlie Rogers on Saturday, acknowledging that an off-season attempt to improve the return game failed.

    Rogers was inactive against Indianapolis and did not play against San Diego.

    Coach Dave Wannstedt has used rookie receiver Sam Simmons to return punts and Simmons and third-year running back Travis Minor to return kickoffs the past two weeks. They will start in those roles against the Titans today.
