I wouldn't be so sure. This team tends to get overconfident and make scrubs look like All-Stars. I'm more worried than I was before we played NJ.

The one & only Sabres game I ever went to in Buffalo (Oct 1990 vs Pittsburgh at the Aud), Mario was injured & didn't show either.

Yeah, don't get too confident yet zilla. Buffalo teams historically play down to their opponents level. For example...how we still can't beat any expansion teams from the late 90's

Every single time the team loses they suck? Then when they win they are so wonderful, right?

Criticize the game. Analyze it. But I'm sick of the moaning on this board. Every team wins and Pitts had to win eventually. We lost to Pitts, who sucks, so we suck. But we also beat Colorado and Dallas. So that mean we are Cup contenders, too?

We're a .500 hockey team. We will lose a game and then win a game. Sometimes they will come in bunches.

That's the ebb and flow of hockey. It's going to be a long, long season.

So let's start getting used to it.

I thought both teams played hard the other night. Pittsburgh just wanted it more and buffalo didn't work as hard as the Pens did. Both goalies played lights out. Noronen just missed that last one.

Lets get them in Ottawa.
