Gilbride is the majority shareholder in the blame for this offense.
But one thing has to be said. Whether we need a QB, whether Drew is fixable or not, his rookiesque mistakes have to end.
He hasn't yet learned to release the ball quickly when need be, has lost his feel for the pocket, and continues to make bad fumbles at bad times. You would think he's had several concussions the way he's been playing.
I really like Drew. I think with a polarized offense from what we have now he could win a Super Bowl. But he has to stop making fundamental mistakes that 2-3 year rookies have unlearned.
