Shouldn't McGahee be on the injury list this week?

Obviously our coaching staff isn't smart enough to slide him in under the radar and play him. But seeing that he is active he should be accounted for on the IR right?

I'm not sure if this is what you meant, but if you're asking if he should either play or be put on IR, here is your answer:

If he's on IR, he cannot practice with the team.

Even though he is "active" and practicing, he is not fully recovered both in body AND mind. Reports are that he's hesitant and not explosive.
Still searching for that offensive rhythm.

I understand that he may not be ready to play. BUT, if he is out due to his injury shouldn't he be listed on the injury list as OUT? Or questionable or whatever.

I dont think they have too list him due to the fact he hasnt played all year and is yet to play in a game.

I saw an injury list yesterday (can't remember where) that said:
          Willis McGahee - Out indefinitely

i would hope TD has enough sense to protect McGahee and let him finish his rehab. He should be ready next year.
Anyway....it's not like KG is trying to establish a running game.

No one is 100% going into week 10. If McGahee is able to play, play him.
