Bills owner Ralph Wilson, who opened his wallet in the off-season to bolster his defence, said his team clearly needs an upgrade on offensive personnel.
"We haven't played up to my expectations so yes, I am disappointed," Wilson said in the Bills locker-room. "One week it's coaching then the next it's players didn't make plays that they should have. You can't miss tackles and let guys run 25 yards. I don't see it on other teams."
