Headliner that he is, Broncos tight end Shannon Sharpe made news on the field during the game Sunday, then off the field after it.
During the 37-8 victory over the San Diego Chargers, Sharpe caught three touchdown passes, giving him 61 for his career and moving him past former Washington Redskins star Jerry Smith into first place among NFL career leaders for touchdown receptions by a tight end.
