At this point, regardless of his track record with defenses (mixed reviews, at best) his presence in any capacity with the Bills would be, if not a detriment, at least a distraction. The team needs to focus on the future, upon getting better, and with someone who knows HOW to get better; no someone who merely recognizes-after the fact-that we HAVE to get better.

Seriously, GW might be able to handle a defense elsewhere, but he'll never be a successful head coach.

Why change the D Cordinator?? Gray has them playing great for not having a very great Dline..
