Starting left guard Kendyl Jacox underwent arthroscopic knee surgery Monday and will be sidelined two to three weeks, Saints coach Jim Haslett said.
Jacox, who missed Sunday's 23-20 victory in overtime against the Atlanta Falcons, had floating bone spurs removed in his right knee.
Rookie guard Montrae Holland is expected to make his second consecutive start in Jacox's absence.
