I just need to get my post count up. But anyway, I have Vapor 10s, and they help me to play AAA Hockey, and they are great.

BM80,

How much do those skates cost? And be sure to put the dollar value for the adult sizes... not your youth size cost. :D

Also, you play AAA in an American league. If I were you I'd go live with people in Ontario to play Jr, A or B.

BillsMan80

I don't have a youth size cost...I think that 6'0", 175 doesn't require youth skates...but actually, when I bought them, they were 399. I wish I could, but I might head off to PG at Prep School. I've played some of the best youth programs in the country though...Detroit's Honeybaked, Little Ceasers, Philadelphia Jr. Flyers, LA Jr. Kings, Pittsburgh Hornets, all those teams.

Maybe you should concentrate on not getting cut from all these teams. :D

BillsMan80

I have two Coffee sher-woods.. a 5030 that I broke in two in the middle of the shaft by "leaning into one" and the other one.. can't remember the sher-wood designation.

BillsMan80
07-15-2002, 08:59 PM
LOL...I love the Coffey blades, I use the 5030 too, and I love the curve...That's why.

Rude American

The curve is sheet. That's why me too. I love the sher-wood featherlites

BillsMan80
07-15-2002, 09:02 PM
Yea, and the Sakic Synergy is my fav because it's the biggest curve. It's bigger than Shanahan, Modano, and Drury.

Rude American
07-15-2002, 09:04 PM
Modano's pattern is nice too. Gretzky used a Hespler with a nasty heel curve.

Is it good hockey I've never heard of that league.

If you're a midget why aren't you paying prep school hockey or in the junior leagues.

BillsMan80
07-16-2002, 07:02 PM
I might be taking a Post-Grad Year, but right now I am going to finish out my eligibilty at the Midget level...although we play various teams that are very good. And yes, it's a very good league...Have you ever heard of the Philadelphia Little Flyers, Philadelphia Jr. Flyers, New Jersey Rockets, Washington Little Caps, New Jersey Jr. Titans, and Suffolk PAL? Those are teams in our league. Also, we play some NE Preps and we are playing some junior teams such as the New England Coyotes and such.

Player6600
07-17-2002, 09:11 AM
I know all the NE prep teams. Of course I used to play against Detroit Little Ceasers and Compuware too very good teams. I used to play against Syracuse and Pittsburgh Jr. Penguins. I don't the other teams.

I played against Home Hardware Kings. They were good. They had this kid who went on to play in Jr. C. he was that good.

He's only a buck thirty five. He'd get smoked in the corners.

BillsMan80
07-17-2002, 04:05 PM
Actually, I am 175...And really, I guess I never really looked into going up to Canada to play Juniors...If I did, I probably would have, but here, Midget AAA is as good as Juniors in the states. Juniors in the states is about one thing...FIGHTING.

Ð
07-17-2002, 04:27 PM
So you're not a real hockey player, then....take up crochet :)

BillsMan80
07-17-2002, 04:53 PM
Actually, I am a real hockey player...Been playing since I was about 5 years old, since Mite Travel Hockey.

Ð
07-18-2002, 07:13 AM
Yeah, but you seem overly concerned with fighting...part of the game, boss.

It's a North American tourney. It's not bad, it's kindof like Narch.

BillsMan80

I know it's a North American tourney, but I am familiar only with the USA Regionals...because I am playing in the Eastern Regional this year at IceLine, in West Chester, PA, home of the Philadelphia Jr. Flyers.
