We DEFINITELY have an intellingent GM in TD ! He worked hard to find a head coach that had attention to detail and would never chalenge his authority, and one he could never lose a power struggle to. And booyy did he hit that nail right on the head. TD will never lose a power struggle to GW! And thank yo so kindly for pissi*g away 3 years of good football to fans and players who are an even bigger threat to you than some head coach. Way to go Tom. The song "Real men of Genius" is starting to ring through the airwaves.

We salute you Mr. Powerhungry General Manager.
You successfully retained you power by hiring a pansy ass coach
It doesn't matter if he goes 0-16, because he will never challenge your authority.
We Salute you Mr. Powerhungry General Manager

Yea you guys are incredible. If we were 6-4 instead of 4-6 some of you would be chanting super bowl.

If IFs and BUTs were candies and nuts...
Oh what a wonderful Christmas we'd all have!!

If, If, If. Those are big, friggin, non-existant IFs!

TD hired an idiot coach, allowed him to hire a staffof coaches with no NFL experience in their new positions (How soon you all forget that one), made him into a lame-duck, then couldn't fire him. As team president and GM if you can't get control of an OC that is refusing to listen to reason you are not "One of the Top Executives in the League."

He pissed away this season. Period.

We know a great coach can get an average team to overachieve and win games.

We were all hoping it would work the other way also, but it doesn't. Thinking that the talent on this team could succeed despite the weak coaching was foolish.
