Aiello said that their are more black assistant coaches than ever before, and I believe that given time that equates to more head coaches in the future.

Dungy should be thanking his lucky stars the NFL is all about the good ol boy network because if it wasn't he would not have gotten another shot. What did he ever win in Tampa?
