I'm going to see a hockey game on Friday December 19th! :) Caps vs. Maple Leafs. My tickets were a TON more too. But, my seats are a lot better. We'll be sitting in Section 102, Row H, Seats 1 & 2. Total for both tickets was $226.00. Cha-Ching!

If you order online at official sites it is not a rip off. If you order from some jim bob's ticket outlet online then yeah you might have problems.

Washington. I tried to order them on the computer, but it was way to confusing for me. I think there were service charges on out tickets too, but I'm not sure.

That convenience fee is the BS charge that the ticket company charges as their "payment" for you you not having to drive to the arena for tickets. If you buy them at the arena, you don't pay it. They screw you like that for all tickets (concert tickets, sports, etc). It totally sucks.

lol. I'll think about it pervy. I'll definitely be there for a pre-game brew though.

I thought it linked me to the official site. Maybe not.

I'm so annoyed - I miss the Sabres/Caps game on Wednesday b/c I'll be home in Ra-cha-cha, then for the one in December (in Buffalo) I'll just be heading home to Baltimore. Dang it!
Let's just remember that through all those annoying Ticketmaster charges, at least Tom Golisano lowered the prices so they're slightly more reasonable for us poor folks!
