The latest injury news from Eagles coach Andy Reid was somewhat surprising.
According to the coach, it's possible that both cornerback Bobby Taylor and free safety Brian Dawkins could be back on the field Sunday when the Eagles play the Carolina Panthers at Ericsson Stadium.
"Yeah, there's a chance," Reid said in response to a question about Taylor, Dawkins and offensive guard John Welbourn, who has missed the last two games after undergoing arthroscopic knee surgery. "I don't know how much with John, but I feel pretty comfortable with the other two. We'll just have to see with Dawk. His foot is still tender. Bobby is progressing very well."
