Look what he did with the rest of the team - they have the same recoird as us.

All you have to do to judge this loser is by the horrid coaching decisions made in both MNF games the Giants were in. It was a joke. He is the classic underacheiver.

If he wants to be an OC, I'd consider him. Head coach? No way in hell.

Why the hell was he taking a safety after the 2 minute warning with only 1 timeout left? What a fool!

Ummm..maybe because he didn't want to have a punt blocked in his own endzone, or maybe he didn't want to give the ball away with no chance to recover via an onside kick??

Stick to criticizing George Bush, Mikey, cuase you don't know jack about coaching decisions

**** you! Attack the post, not the poster!

I was saying...why didn't he go for it? either do a fake punt or try throwing 20 yards. If you don't get it, then your defense has to stop them, just like they would if u took the safety and kicked it back to them.

The safety made no sense, because they wasted time and only had 1 timeout.

BTW, you can't onside kick the free kick.

Yes you can. They did. I do agree with you MIke that it was a stupid decision. I think they have a better chance of making the 4th and 19 than they did of recovering the onside kick.

No way I want Fossil here. I don't know where stampede comes up thinking Fossil has fire. Hes a offensive GW.

Okay, I guess it's harder though, because you aren't kicking from a tee. My bad.

They kicked from a tee. You have the choice of either kicking off or punting on a free kick . teams usually punt just because they get the same distance + the hangtime of a punt.

You are right that it was a stupid decision though.

Wait a minute, that is different from every other time I have seen a safety. Usually they hold the ball and kick it from their hand. I guess I should've watched it before my comments. Oh well.

It was still a stupid decision. The Giants should have taken a timeout before the 2 minute warning, then take the safety, have the two minute warning to help u out, then try to onside it. But the best thing that shouldve been done, they shouldve gone for it on 4th and 19. If they dont make it, they still have the 2 minute warning and the change of possession timeout to help em out.

Huh? 4th and 19 and pinned almost at the goal line and they would stand a chance to get it back and win? What do you think Tampa does during the time they have possession? Punt from the 15 yard line?

They only had 1 timeout so they had only 2 choices that both sucked. Do what they did or go for it on 4th and 19. I would have gone for it. Probably would not have made it but I like the chances better than recovering an onside kick.
