Atlanta, Jets, Jags, Wash. don't need a QB so its possible that they can finish worse then the Bills as long as they don't trade picks.

Chargers, Giants, I don't think they need a QB. But ya never know.

Raiders, Cards, Bears, Pitts, Cleve could possible go for a QB infront of the Bills.
