Any chance we look at monte Kiffen ( Buccaneers D Coord) for the head coaching job? THe guy obviously can put together a good defense. I think he'd be a good guy to look at for the job. Does he want to be a head coach, or is he happy being a DC under gruden?

i think our defense would be his dream...we have a ton of talent and he would get recognition if he were able to improve it through strategy...the only thing is we have lebeu already
