I did not, but I saw a bit of it on ESPN last night, did you see the part about the Escort service?

He would send a smoking hot escort over to the other teams running back. Right to the hotel room the night before the game. He’d tell the Escort to keep the player up all night with sex! He said he knew the types of women most of the other players liked.

Very funny!

lol

In ESPN the Magazine, he said that it happened to him. I guess that tactic has been passed around.

Man football players have it made!

He's coming out with a book soon. I can't wait to read it.

One part was when he said he got mugged when he went to buy crack. They were 3 kids that held him up in his car. He said he didn't even put up a fight... ...until the dude with the gun got out of his car. He said he put the pedal to the metal and beat the crap out of the one kid still in the car - who was the one holding LTs jewelry and money. He said he got his stuff back. Then went home to smoke the guys crack.

Sick!

That barely touched on the hookers!

I wish someone would send a hooker to my room!

And some women gave Taylor as much trouble as opposing teams did. In fact, once he arrived for a team meeting in handcuffs. He claims he wasn’t arrested; he was detained, not on drug charges, but by a couple of women whose profession was definitely not law enforcement.

 x 100

Who's LT?

Lawrence Taylor, Rich. An awesome linebacker for the NY Giants from 1981-1993. He's the guy who tackled Joe Theisman and took him out of the game permanently. He was one of the greats back in the day. It's a shame he was so screwed up. I always like him.

Probably as much influence on the game as anyone. Prior to him, only linebacker's name you heard was that of Dick Butkus.

"He's the guy who tackled Joe Theisman and took him out of the game permanently."

That was nasty. Theisman breaking his leg like that was as bad as Magahee's knee going 90° the other way.

I'd love to hear Theisman's take on LT's interview and book. :snicker:

I never said I liked it, caveboy. It was one of the sickest things I've EVER seen! And damn, they replayed it over and over and over for WEEKS after it happened. It was a clean hit and LT didn't mean to do that to Joe. I wonder if he was high when he hit him.:idunno:

I agree, Billsbabee. I bet Joe isn't too impressed with what he's heard so far. lol
