I hope not but with a new HC you never know but to have a 3rd ranked D it definitly earns you points so unless they bring in the DC that has the #1 rated D no I think he stays but he better bring a OC.

The only way JG is here next year is if GW or DL are the coach...is that what people want??

More important how does TD feel about a complete staff overhaul? Alot of these players have been with JG most of their carreers they may have a say. In the end we may be looking at an internal move. We have an extra DC that was never needed on defense maybe remove the ASST. from DL title to HC ACCOriginally posted by Ebenezer

GW get's fired and is hired by another team as a HC (I doubt) then he may bring JG with him. GW should get a DC job but why would JG follow him only to be an asst. DC.
Donahoe brings in a HC who is a former OC, he may need JG to run the D. If TD brings in a coach w/ a defensive background, the new HC might bring in his own people.
If Lebeau is made HC, I doubt he will get rid of JG.
If Gilbride is made HC, they can keep JG all they want or let him go because I'm switching to Pro wrestling .Comment

It's all up to the new regime.
If they bring in Coughlin, or a defensive guy, I doubt it. Grey was a Joke for 2 seasons- read Ingtar's break down of the defense last year.
Grey built a 46 defense that didn't blitz. It SUCKED! Just like Gillbride is stubborn now for running schemes without the personnell /Talent to carry it out- Gray was just as guilty. LeBeau was brought in to prop him up- added some blitzes, and when the Bills got some horses on defense, LeBeau helped Gray use them properly.
