Spikes, Pat Williams, and Winfield could be injury replacements.

If Spikes had more blitz sacks, Williams had more tackles for loses, and Winfield had more interceptions all three would be Pro Bowl starters. A consistant end pass rush might be the ingredient missing to make this defense #1. ACC BASKETBALL

Pat Williams consistent w/ or without help from Sam. As a matter of fact I think Sam may have benefited from being beside Pat.

Damn , Ted Washington has been a welcome force for NE since the broken leg.

Lots of comp in the AFC Ray Lewis and doesn't Cowart have more tackles than both guys. Then there's that LB down in Miami.

Ty Law will go to the bowl before AW and after what Miami did to Moulds and our "D" in the first game, someone from Miami will go because they get interceptions. ACC

I agree...well, Spikes, Adams, Fletcher etc. are "big" names, but no one has made an impact individually to deserve a Pro Bowl berth. Moorman should be a Pro Bowler; we've certainly had to use him more than I would have liked this year and he's delivered. I still remember his sweet 86 yarder last year when he sprinted down the field pointing.

A Pro Bowl caliber end is what is needed to make this "D" dominate. Posey needs to be utilized more in blitz schemes. ACC
