i can go to my brother's and watch the games on his dish, but the odds of my son lasting through the 1 pm games and a 4:15 game are slim to none.....and all they're showing locally is the Fins vs. Pats game.

Jets and Giants usually don't play at the same time

Its a league rule that the two New Jersey teams cannot play at the same time slot. I didnt know that until I read it in the Buff News yesterday, in Alan Permagrant's TV column.

Give him a glass of wine at 4:00, that should do the trick.

Well, since Jack is complaining of a sore throat, and being an absolute grump, i guess we'll just stay home.

ah, he's ok. He's watching cartoons, i'm listening to the Bills pregame on the computer. The delicate balance of parenting.

I don't like the 4:15 game either. I had to be at work and missed the game. :(

The Jets and Giants never play at the same time unless they are playing each other. The league sets the schedule such that the city gets to see both games. Which actually really sucks for them. Look at the records of those teams. Nobody in NYC got to see Indi/Tenn, Miami/NE or anything else without the dish. But then again I won't shed a tear.

This actually screws NY Fans - many weeks they can only et 2 games- sinc ehtey don't air games opposite of them either. They moiss out on the third game in the market. That's why Bad NY teams get on MNF when others need o qualify with a minmum 9-7 record (unless you are Dallas)

They also get on the season ending Saturday afternoon and are on Sunday nights a lot
