View Full Version : Why does everybody think we’re going to trade a running back?

It’s just not going to happen. They’re not going to trade a 2 time, 1400 yard back because they have a number 1 draft pick who has never played a down.

They’re also not going to trade WM after all they invested in him.

Henry makes next to nothing and is under contract.

I’d be willing to bet every zonebuck I have, that both guys will be on the field next year!

Travis as the main guy and Willis mopping up.

It’ll be much like the situation in Carolina this year.


It’s after next year that one of them will be traded.

I suspect they'll have to consider a FB in the draft or FA, what with Crosby's injury settlement. I don't know if they consider Burns for that role.

'Course, their utilization of Gash this year leaves much to be desired...

Well, if the last few games are any indication of how things will be ran on offense, Gash will be back next year. They actually use him now! it's great!

At this point it appears you are right on Patrick. Too many questions still need to be answered before unloading one of them.
